Online Donations

If donating online would be easier for you, you can. But, please please send me an email telling me that you did so that we can "count" your contribution and acknowledge it. Or, fax the donation form to the number on the form.

In the "Tell Us About Your Gift" section, it is very important that you

	Select the "College of Physicians and Surgeons" for the school/division
	Select "Other" for the purpose
	Enter in "Dr. Keohen's Sarcoma Research" in the addition information space
