Support for young adults with cancer
Since my cancer is so rare, I couldn't go to a book store and buy a book to understand what the treatment experience would be like. I started thinking those with breast cancer or postate cancer were so lucky; there are all sorts of books to buy and support groups where they can talk with people having the same treatment as they are.
With the help of others, I have been able to find a number of general and young adult support groups. Here are the young adult groups:
